SMART LIGHT Discounted Lighting Program
Discounted Lighting Products from Electrical Distributors

Efficiency Vermont and Burlington Electric Department have partnered with Vermont electrical distributors to offer contractors and commercial lighting customers the most efficient lighting products on the market at a comparable cost to standard products.

The result: SMART LIGHT.

How does it work?

It's simple. Through an agreement with Vermont electrical distributors, the higher cost of select premium energy-efficient lighting products will be paid by Efficiency Vermont directly to the distributor. In effect, as contractors and commercial lighting customers, you will get the most efficient premium lighting, without having to pay more.

Why promote premium-efficiency lighting products?

The eligible lighting technologies provide better quality light and lower operating costs. And, with the special pricing, you can install these high-quality lighting products on your projects at the same cost as standard products - helping you meet your customers' increasing demand for environmentally-conscious products and services.

What products are eligible?

The SMART LIGHT program applies to select "High-Performance" and "Reduced-Wattage" T8 fluorescent lamps and Halogen Infra-Red lamps.
